“Scouts Honor: Badge to the Bone”

Dealing with the mania of winning merit badges, “Scout’s Honor” is quite the spoof. David and Tim Appleorchard (David Schultz and BJ Bales) want to win their tiger badge before the summer end. No one had been able to win the badge for the last twenty years so it is really a challenge. Of course there is a good deal of slapstick here and the catalyst for the badge is that if the boys want to inherit their father’s camp, they must win the badge. There is a snag though and that is that their brother, Brandon, (Chris Kattan) is determined that they not succeed. There is not a great deal I can say but this is a fun romp that will keep you laughing. If you have ever been a scout and tried to win a badge then you know what I mean.
